Our database ASAP allows users to register themselves for classes & ensembles. All enrollments that are eligible for this feature are accesible by logging into your ASAP account. Once you are logged in, simply browse the courses listed, add them to your cart, and check out.
All RSC classes & ensembles are school-year long commitments. Tuition is charged from the students' start date through the remainder of the school year.

Steps to Register on ASAP:
- Log into or create your ASAP account
- Click “All Classes” in the top navigation bar
- Select the name of the course you would like to register for
- Select the specific class in that course
- Click the Register button
- Select which student(s) you would like to register
- Click the cart near the top right corner of your screen
- Sign waivers if necessary
- Proceed to check out and pay tuition
FAQs Regarding Registering On ASAP:
Is it normal for the dates of my enrollment not to continue through the full school year into spring?
- Yes, it is normal the date ranges of classes & ensembles to only list the fall term dates. This is due to internal settings in the database for reporting purposes.
How do I register if I want to pay via physical check/cash?
- Simply email rscregistrar@rivers.org you would like to pay via check and the registrar team will register and apply the check to your invoice once payment is received. All checks should be made out to "The Rivers School Conservatory" and can be dropped off or mailed to: 333 Winter St Weston, MA 02493 Attn: RSC Registrar
I don't see the course I would like to register for in the course catalog.
- If a specific course is not appearing in the course catalog, it may not be live at that moment or the enrollment change period is not open at that time. Please reach out to rscregistrar@rivers.org for specific questions regarding the course catalog.
Should the tuition for my class/ensemble look like it is for the full year?
- Yes, the full-year tuition is charged upfront in the fall semester for each class/ensemble. Private lessons are still charged per semester.
How do I only pay the deposit for RYO ensembles?
- When you are on the final checkout page, select the deposit only option under "STEP 1: Select a Payment Option". Please see step 8 of the detailed instructions linked above for more information. (This only appears for RYO courses)
