We’re excited to announce that renowned cello pedagogue Alan Harris will be giving a cello master class on Sunday, April 16 from 10:30 AM – 1:00 PM in Rivera Recital Hall.

Alan Harris is Distinguished Professor Emeritus of Violoncello at the Eastman School of Music and has taught at Aspen Music Festival since 1974. Other appointments include Inter-American University of Puerto Rico (1959-61), Ohio Wesleyan University (1961-65), Cleveland Institute of Music (1976-84, 1987-99), and Northwestern University (1984-87).

He continues to give master classes and performances throughout the United States.
